Dr. Sarah Vadeboncoeur has been a Naturopathic Doctor since 2010 and has helped thousands of women have better energy and more balanced hormones.
Dr. Sarah has done extensive training on supporting women through perimenopause and menopause and loves sharing her knowledge and expertise in a way that makes it fun and easy to understand.
